Como nuestro próximo Técnico Especializado en Automatización, estarás a cargo de la programación y puesta en marcha de sistemas de control (hardware y software), mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo de equipos, y soporte técnico en proyectos de automatización. Tu experiencia será clave para garantizar la calidad del producto y minimizar tiempos muertos.

Lo que estarás haciendo:
• Programar PLCs, SCADA, HMI y redes industriales
• Realizar mantenimiento a maquinaria y equipos
• Diagnosticar y reparar fallas técnicas
• Generar procedimientos técnicos y respaldos de software
• Apoyar en análisis de causa raíz y planes de acción
• Coordinar con producción y calidad para resolver fallos
• Elaborar bitácoras, reportes y documentación técnica
• Cumplir con normas de seguridad, calidad y medio ambiente
• Atender solicitudes de refacciones y soporte técnico
Lo que buscamos:
• TSU o licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Mecatrónica, Electrónica o Mantenimiento Industrial
• 1 año de experiencia en automatización industrial
• Conocimiento en electricidad, electrónica, neumática, hidráulica y programación
• Manejo de herramientas como multímetro, osciloscopio, cámara termográfica
• Capacidad para interpretar diagramas eléctricos, electrónicos y neumáticos
• Inglés intermedio y habilidades de análisis de datos
Puntos extra si tienes:
• Certificaciones en programación avanzada (PLC, LabVIEW)
• Experiencia con sistemas de visión AOI y marcadoras láser
• Conocimiento en TPM, MTBF, MTTR y metodologías de mantenimiento
