L'Azienda è alla ricerca di un Tecnico Formatore per il reparto Aftermarket, che operi nelle regioni Toscana, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Emilia Romagna.

Attività principali:

Sviluppo della rete di officine autorizzate Ate Brake Center in Toscana, Umbria, Marche, Lazio, Abruzzo, Molise, Emilia Romagna.
visite regolari alle officine già presenti nel network
Erogazione e gestione dei corsi di formazione
Supporto alla preparazione dei nuovi corsi, in coordinamento con casa madre tedesca
Supporto alle vendite ed assistenza tecnica telefonica distributori e officine
Gestione dei problemi relativi ai prodotti ed alle attrezzature
Traduzione materiale tecnico proveniente da HQ

L’attività prevista richiederà 30% del tempo in formazione, 70% nel progetto di sviluppo officine, con un 50% del tempo operativo previsto fuori sede.

Il progetto officine ha visto lo sviluppo di circa 500 officine affiliate negli ultimi anni, l’obiettivo è quello di raggiungere le 700 unità nei prossimi 2 anni. Il nuovo formatore seguirà le regioni affiancherà una risorsa già presente in azienda e impegnata in sud Italia.

Dopo una prima fase di affiancamento, gestirà i clienti in autonomia, a riporto del Direttore Commerciale.

Cerchiamo una persona dinamica e flessibile, icon una buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibilmente con laurea in Ingegneria o cultura ed esperienza equivalente.

Il nostro candidato ideale proviene da esperienze di training o di service all’interno di case automobilistiche o veicoli industriali, componentisti automotive, società di outsourcing di servizi warranty, maintanance, formazione etc

Ha una sincera passione per le tematiche tecniche e ama occuparsene in prima persona, avendo sviluppato una eccellente manualità.

L’azienda offre inserimento a livello impiegatizio con una RAL commisurata all'esperienza e al profilo, un bonus pari al 10% della ral e auto aziendale.
