What success looks like in this role:
- Coordenar a rotina diária dos três técnicos operacionais, distribuindo atividades e acompanhando produtividade, qualidade e cumprimento de prazos.
- Garantir aderência aos procedimentos de recebimento, imageamento, testes, wiping, embalagem, expedição, descarte e controle de ativos.
- Atuar como ponto focal operacional para dúvidas técnicas, priorização de demandas, tratativa de exceções e escalonamentos.
- Validar registros em sistemas, evidências operacionais, movimentações de estoque e qualidade das atualizações em chamados.
- Apoiar treinamentos, integração de novos recursos, padronização de procedimentos e melhoria contínua da operação.
- Monitorar indicadores operacionais, como volume de equipamentos preparados, pendências de estoque, aging de chamados, devoluções, falhas de processo e backlog.
- Realizar interface com áreas internas para alinhamento de logística, Nota Fiscal, ServiceNow, procurement, segurança da informação e descarte.
- Preparar reportes operacionais simples para a gestão, destacando status, riscos, impedimentos, necessidades de decisão e plano de ação.

You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Experiência consolidada em suporte técnico de TI, laboratório técnico, field service, estoque de ativos ou operação de PC depot.
- Conhecimento prático em preparação de PCs, imagem corporativa, diagnóstico de hardware, inventário, controle de ativos e processos de devolução.
- Experiência com ferramentas ITSM, preferencialmente ServiceNow, incluindo abertura, atualização, acompanhamento e fechamento de chamados.
- Capacidade de organizar filas de trabalho, priorizar demandas, acompanhar SLA operacional e direcionar atividades para a equipe.
- Conhecimento em Excel em nível intermediário para controle de inventário, relatórios, indicadores e acompanhamento de backlog.
- Noções de processos logísticos, embalagem, expedição, recebimento, documentação fiscal e rastreabilidade de equipamentos.
- Conhecimento de boas práticas de segurança da informação, wiping, descarte e evidência de execução.
