About the role
É responsável por instalar, configurar, calibrar e reparar produtos e sistemas técnicos nos locais de campo dos clientes. Esta função executa uma variedade de tarefas de manutenção e suporte técnico e pode fornecer treinamento no local para o pessoal de suporte ao cliente.
Este perfil de cargo destina-se a pessoal de apoio que segue os procedimentos estabelecidos e trabalha sob supervisão próxima. Decisões menores/mais fáceis são tomadas de forma autônoma.
Principais Responsabilidades:
Identificar melhorias em equipamentos Sulzer e informa o plano de melhorias aos setores responsáveis Sulzer;
Instalação e desinstalação de equipamentos rotativos em campo e plataformas offshore;
Montagem e start-up de sistemas de selagem;
Alinhamento entre motor e bomba;
Montagem e desmontagem de acoplamentos por dilatação térmica, acoplamentos por dilatação hidráulica;
Ajuste de gap entre máquina acionadora e máquina acionada, vedação por gaxetas;
Montagem/desmontagem de selos mecânicos, mancais radiais de metal patente e rolamentos, axiais e ajuste de folga;
Centralização de conjunto rotativo;
Ajustes e montagem de pinos cônicos;
Montagem e operação básica de máquinas de flushing em unidades de lubrificação, válvulas e atuadores de pequeno porte entre outras atividades pertinentes ao cargo.

Habilidades Necessárias:
Ténico Mecânico Completo;
Conhecimentos práticos e teóricos em montagem de rolamentos, ajustagem mecânica por folga e interferência;
Conhecimento em operação básica de máquinas operatrizes, metrologia e utilização de instrumentos de medição tais como paquímetro, micrômetro externo e interno, micrometro tubular, súbito, relógio comparador e relógio apalpador;
Conhecimento em controle dimensional com emissão de relatório;
Leitura e interpretação de desenho técnico mecânico;
Conhecimentos básicos em pacote office para emissão de relatórios;
Conhecimento de amarrações, elevações e transportes de cargas;
Conhecimentos básicos de bombas.
