En este rol, serás una pieza clave para garantizar la excelencia operativa, administrando los accesos y la documentación técnica dentro de la plataforma. Tendrás la oportunidad de aplicar tus conocimientos técnicos para optimizar la gestión de información y conectar de manera eficiente a los equipos internos y proveedores externos.

Aquí, tu precisión y criterio técnico ayudarán a elevar el estándar de nuestros servicios en el sector de transmisión de energía.

Responsabilidades:

Crear proyectos, administrar grupos y asignar permisos de usuario de acuerdo con los roles del proyecto.

Configurar la lista de entregables y restringir las carpetas de control documental según proveedores y revisores.

Activar alertas de carga y modificación de documentos dentro de la biblioteca de contratos.

Generar reportes técnicos en la carpeta Anexo utilizando las plantillas establecidas.

Brindar asistencia al personal externo en la consulta y manejo del aplicativo vigente.

Requisitos:

Título de Tecnólogo Electricista o Electromecánico.

Conocimientos avanzados en interpretación de información técnica de equipos de alta tensión y Sistemas de Transmisión de Energía.

Sólidos conocimientos avanzados en el manejo de AUTOCAD y conocimientos en Revit.

Nivel B1 de inglés.

Conocimientos básicos en el módulo PM de SAP y en la plataforma SharePoint.

Capacidad de análisis con sentido crítico para la validación de información técnica.

Nuestra Oferta:

Salario: $3.153.000 COP mensual

Horario: Lunes a viernes de 7:30 a.m. a 6:00 p.m. (jornada adaptada a 42 horas semanales)

Ubicación: Medellín - Calle 12 Sur #18 – 168 (Posición presencial)

Contrato a término fijo por 4 meses con posibilidad de prórroga

Cobertura completa de prestaciones de ley (EPS, ARL, Fondo de Pensiones y Cesantías, Caja de Compensación)
