En IQVIA estamos en búsqueda de un(a) Analista Junior de Base de Datos (Excel), quien será clave para garantizar la correcta ejecución y monitoreo de nuestros procesos productivos.
¿Qué harás en este rol?
• Monitorear el estado de los procesos de producción utilizando herramientas de IQVIA
• Detectar, analizar y resolver incidentes operativos
• Asegurar el cumplimiento de los tiempos de entrega
• Coordinar con diferentes equipos para resolver desviaciones
• Reportar el estado de producción (diario, semanal y mensual)
• Actualizar procedimientos operativos (SOPs)
¿Qué buscamos?
• Bachillerato completo o equivalente
• Mínimo 2 años de experiencia laboral, idealmente en operaciones de producción
• Conocimiento en herramientas de scheduling y entornos productivos
• Habilidad para trabajar en entornos Windows/NT
• Pensamiento analítico y resolución de problemas
• Excelente comunicación y capacidad de coordinación con múltiples áreas
• Autonomía y capacidad de priorización
