Tehničar održavanja PCBA je odgovoran za održavanje raspoloživosti proizvodne opreme za vršenje predviđene namene. Vrši preventivno periodično održavanje opreme prema uputstvima za održavanje. Odgovoran je za prediktivno i interventno održavanje opreme prema instrukcijama.
Odgovornosti:
- Održavanje i popravka mašina, proizvodnih alata, pribora i inventara
- Održavanje hidraulične, pneumatske opreme i el. instalacija
- Preventivno, prediktivno i interventno održavanje opreme prema prema uputstvima I instrukcijama
- Rukovanje i manipulacija proizvodima, poluproizvodima i sirovinama
- Rad sa ručnim i električnim alatima i opremom u skladu sa merama za bezbedan rad
- Rad sa Mašinama za lasersko graviranje, automatsko nanošenje kalajne paste, automatsku inspekciju paste i SMT-THT komponente, automatsko postavljanje SMT-THT komponente, conveyer systems, automatizovanim linijama za secenje, sortiranje i pakovanje PCBA, rad sa robotskim rukama, rad sa tunelskim pećima, kalajnom kadom i procesom zaštitnog premazivanja
- Izmena alata i podešavanje proizvodne opreme saglasno planu promene tipa proizvoda u tekućoj proizvodnji („Change-over“)
- Podržavanje i praćenje aktivnosti i plana rada sektora proizvodnje
- Vođenje odgovarajuće dokumentacije održavanja (izrada i popunjavanje instrukcija, uputstava i ček lista)

Profil:
- Minimum IV stepen stručne spreme tehničkog usmerenja
- Relevantno radno iskustvo na sličnim pozicijama od minimum godinu dana
- Poželjno 1-3 godine prethodnog radnog iskustva u PCBA
- Dobro tehničko znanje iz automatizovanih procesa, poželjno obrazovanje iz mehatronike
- Iskustvo / znanje u održavanju sofisticiranih automatskih mašina
- Iskustvo u radu sa Osciloskopom, Multimetrom, Signal generatorom
- Odlične veštine rešavanja problema i komunikacije
- Odgovornost u radu i tehničko razumevanje
- Srednji nivo poznavanja engleskog jezika
- MS Office – osnovno poznavanje
- Spremnost za kontinuirano učenje
- Orijentacija ka timskom radu
