Job Summary
WeareseekinganexperiencedMediationExpertwithstrongdesign anddevelopmentcapabilitiesto lead theimplementation,customization, andoptimizationofMediationsolutions.Therolefocuseson end-to endmediationdesign,customdevelopment,andintegrationwithdownstreamBSS/OSSsystems,ensuringhigh performance,scalability, and dataaccuracyintelecomenvironments .MediationSystemExpertisresponsible for the coordination, management, andexecutionofproactiveandreactivemaintenanceactivitiesrequiringahigherlevelof support. Therolealsocoversimplementationof changerequestsin atimelyand correctmanner,withstrongfocus on allocation,implementation, configuration, activation, andtestingofmediationservices andresources.
KeyResponsibilities :

Design end-to-endmediationflows for CDR/EDR collection,processing,enrichment, and distribution.
Definemediationarchitecture, interfaces, and datamodelsalignedwithbusiness and networkrequirements, andensurehighavailability,scalability, and performance inmediationdesign.
Configuredecoders,parsers, workflows,filters,aggregations, andenrichments.Implementcustom scripts,rules, andadapterstohandlecomplexuse cases.
Optimizemediationjobs forthroughput,latency, anderrorhandling.
Troubleshootmediationfailures, dataloss, duplication, and performancebottlenecks.
Support design anddevelopmentactivitiesrelatedtomediationworkflows, interfaces, andintegrations.
Workcloselywithnetwork,billing, IToperations, and businessteams.
Support end-to-endtesting:unit,integration, UAT, and production validation.
Supportservicelaunches, upgrades, and migrations.
Qualifications &Experience :
Degreein Engineering,preferablyin IT, Electronics, orTelecommunications, orequivalent
Strong MobileTelecommunicationsknowledge
Solidexperienceintelecomengineering oroperationand multi-vendortelecomequipment
Experiencewithsupport andsupplyprocesses
Strongknowledgeand hands-onexperiencein Ericsson MultiMediation(EMM) – Online & Offline
Knowledgeof IP networkingprotocols:Diameter, TCP/IP, SOAP, USSD, HTTP
ExperiencewithLinux OS andvirtualizedinfrastructure
Knowledgeof Ericssonproductsand services
Knowledge& SoftSkills
Excellent communicationskills
Professional Englishproficiency
Strongknowledgesharing and collaborationmindset
