Estamos com oportunidade para Representante de Televendas.

Principais responsabilidades:
- Executar o plano de vendas;
- Atuar na venda de produtos Remessas Expressas focado em clientes do setor da saúde;
- Desenvolver e implementar estratégias de vendas para penetrar nas contas existentes e gerar fluxos adicionais de receita;
- Entender os requisitos dos clientes internos / externos e promover ofertas de serviços e soluções;
- Garantir que as informações essenciais e as expectativas de trabalho sejam comunicadas com clareza à equipe e no CRM;
- Gerenciar a retenção de receita e redução do churn para manter clientes e níveis de receita
- Aumentar o Market Share da UPS em seu respectivo território
- Visitas presenciais eventualmente poderão ser requeridas

Requisitos:
- Superior completo em Comércio Exterior, Logística, Relações Internacionais, Vendas, Administração ou áreas correlatas;
- Inglês intermediário e desejável espanhol intermediário;
- Habilidades com apresentações e análises;
- Experiência com vendas de serviços logísticos/transportes;
- Conhecimento no pacote Office e desejável conhecimento em ferramenta CRM.
- Familiaridade com ferramentas de IA
Competências:
- Ter comunicação eficaz, empatia e habilidades de negociação, além de resiliência, proatividade e organização. É essencial possuir autoconfiança, adaptação, trabalho em equipe e foco em resultados, aliando ética, inteligência emocional e facilidade em criar relacionamentos. Também deve ser curioso, inovador, familiarizado com tecnologia, informado sobre culturas e ter uma postura consultiva.
