Feladat:
- Termelési terület operatív irányítása, munkatársak motiválása
- Termelési terveknek megfelelő gyártás biztosítása
- A termelési terület folyamatainak optimalizálása
- Autóipari szabványok betartása és betartatása
- Szoros együttműködés a társterületekkel
- Irányítása alá eső munkavállalók oktatása, képzése, teljesítményének értékelése
- Műszaki problémák megoldásának kezdeményezése, eszkalálása
- Riportok és kimutatások készítése
Elvárásaink:
- 3 műszakos munkarend vállalása
- Legalább középfokú végzettség
- Hasonló területen szerzett min. 1 éves vezetői tapasztalat
- Műszaki affinitás, gyártás technológiai ismeretek
- Alapfokú kommunikációképes angol nyelvtudás
- Windows, MS Office felhasználói ismeret
- Kiváló kommunikációs és motivációs készség
- Magas szintű konfliktuskezelési képesség
- Stressztűrés
