As a Test Architect - Platform Engineering, you will define and drive the testing strategy across our platform landscape and strategic initiatives. You will provide strategic direction and technical leadership on testing topics to the whole product organization and in important projects. You will work closely with engineering, product, and quality teams to establish scalable quality practices, advance automation, and ensure reliable software delivery.

Your Responsibilities

Own and drive the overall test strategy across Platform Engineering and strategic programs.
Establish Shift-Left testing practices and integrate quality validation into development and CI/CD workflows.
Define scalable approaches for integration, system, deployment, and performance testing.
Develop and evolve automated verification and validation frameworks.
Define quality metrics, dashboards, and release-readiness indicators.
Collaborate with Software Quality Engineers (SQEs), architects, product managers, and engineering teams to drive testing standards and continuous improvement.

Your Qualifications

Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience designing and implementing test strategies in complex software environments.
Strong expertise in integration and system testing, quality engineering, and test automation.
Hands-on experience with Shift-Left testing and CI/CD-based validation approaches.
Experience working with SQEs or comparable quality organizations.
Ability to translate complex technical systems into pragmatic, scalable testing solutions.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English.
