As a Test Architecture Senior Manager - Operate you will lead testing strategy and quality review for software and product innovation work within our Software and Product Innovation practice. As a Senior Manager you will guide large workstreams, shape practical approaches to complex testing challenges, and use sound judgment to coach teams, validate outcomes, and communicate clear direction to clients and stakeholders. In this role at PwC, you will support the design and execution of test plans, review system and application behavior, and help drive consistent delivery across multiple testing activities within the client support environment at PwC Acceleration Center India.

Responsibilities
- Leading test architecture strategy for software and product innovation initiatives across client service engagements
- Defining testing frameworks, quality control approaches, and automation methods for complex application environments
- Guiding teams in test case design, defect management, and validation of functional, performance, and data model requirements
- Advising stakeholders on testing scope, risk areas, and release readiness across agile delivery cycles and managed services work
- Driving test environment management, reliability validation, and troubleshooting for integrated technology solutions
- Applying systems thinking to identify gaps in software quality, implementation readiness, and process design
- Coordinating with technical teams to translate business needs into effective testing methodology and documentation
- Coaching teams through ambiguous delivery challenges and supporting decisions that move testing work forward
- Advancing use of digital tooling, AI fluency, and automation testing to improve efficiency and repeatability
- Monitoring test results, investigating root causes, and validating corrective actions for recurring defects
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
