Aufgaben - Das erwartet Sie bei uns:
Leitung von globalen Projekten auf den Produktionsprüfständen für Energiesysteme in unserem Produktionsnetzwerk unter Berücksichtigung innovativer Prüftechnologien in interdisziplinären Projektteams
Konzeption, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von Prozess- und Equipmentstandards mit Fokus auf Arbeitssicherheit, Energieeffizienz und Produktqualität
Koordination und fachliche Unterstützung der weltweiten Produktionsstandorte hinsichtlich Planungsstandards, Prüfstandsprozessen und -equipment
Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Prüfmethoden und Datenanalyse
Sicherstellung einer termin-, kosten- und qualitätsgerechten Projektabwicklung
Erarbeiten von managementgerechten Entscheidungsgrundlagen und Empfehlungen
Schnittstelle des Produktionsprüfstands zur Entwicklung, Qualität, Montage und anderen Fachabteilungen

Qualifikationen - Was wir uns wünschen:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau / Elektrotechnik/ Mechatronik mit Produktionsbezug
Erfahrung in der Leitung von Projekten im Prüfstands- oder Anlagenbau
Umfangreiche Planungs- und Betriebserfahrung im Anlagenbau oder Energietechnik
Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen mit Technologien zur Energienutzung
Sehr gute Projektmanagementkenntnisse
Hohe Methodenkompetenz und Erfahrungen in der Anwendung von Lean Prinzipien
Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
Selbstständige, strukturierte und umsetzungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
Reisebereitschaft
