透過協助產品經理管理全面的測試活動、解決已發現的問題以及為各類存款和擔保貸款產品提供用戶培訓，從而支持核心銀行系統的成功實施。
測試活動涵蓋用戶驗收測試 (UAT) 案例準備、資料準備、功能測試和回歸測試、問題報告、測試記錄的整理和更新、狀態追蹤以及上線驗證。此外，該職位還要求與內部關鍵利害關係人有效協調，及時匯總專案進展，進行臨時市場調查，並協助準備相關文件（例如培訓材料）。
