วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน (Job Purpose) รับผิดชอบการเตรียมและปรุงอาหารตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท เพื่อส่งมอบอาหารที่มีคุณภาพ สด สะอาด และตรงเวลา สร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดแก่ลูกค้าในทุกการให้บริการ ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) การเตรียมและปรุงอาหาร • ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของอุปกรณ์ครัวทุกชนิดให้สะอาดและพร้อมใช้งานก่อนเริ่มกะ • ตรวจสอบความพร้อมและคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบก่อนเริ่มการปรุงอาหาร • ปรุงอาหารตามขั้นตอนมาตรฐาน และสูตรของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด • ดำเนินการตามออเดอร์ลูกค้าตามลำดับก่อน–หลัง ให้แล้วเสร็จทันเวลาที่กำหนด • ตรวจสอบคุณภาพอาหารให้ได้มาตรฐาน ก่อนส่งมอบให้ทีมบริการทุกครั้ง การรักษาความสะอาดและสุขอนามัย • ดูแลพื้นที่ครัวที่รับผิดชอบให้สะอาดเรียบร้อยและมีอุปกรณ์ครบถ้วนตลอดเวลา • ทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์ครัวและพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงานตามตารางที่กำหนด • ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานสุขอนามัยอาหารและความปลอดภัยในครัวอย่างเคร่งครัด • ดูแลรักษาเครื่องแต่งกายและความสะอาดส่วนบุคคลให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน การดำเนินงานทั่วไป • ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบของบริษัทและคำสั่งของผู้บังคับบัญชา • รายงานปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในครัวให้ผู้บังคับบัญชารับทราบทันที • ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน (Job Specifications) การศึกษา (Education): มัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย (ม.6) หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป ประสบการณ์ (Experience): ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการปรุงอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) คุณสมบัติอื่น ๆ: • มีใจรักงานด้านการปรุงอาหารและพร้อมเรียนรู้เทคนิคการทำอาหารใหม่ ๆ • ยึดมั่นและปฏิบัติตาม Food Quality & Safety • มีความรับผิดชอบ ซื่อสัตย์ และมีความละเอียดรอบคอบ • สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (6 วัน/สัปดาห์) รวมถึงวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์ • มีใบรับรองการอบรมผู้สัมผัสอาหาร (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
