วัตถุประสงค์ของตำแหน่งงาน (Job Purpose) รับผิดชอบการล้างทำความสะอาดภาชนะ อุปกรณ์ และพื้นที่ทั้งภายในและภายนอกร้าน ให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานสุขอนามัยและการปฏิบัติงานของบริษัท เพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของร้านและสร้างความพึงพอใจสูงสุดแก่ลูกค้า ความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) การล้างภาชนะและดูแลอุปกรณ์ • ล้างและทำความสะอาดภาชนะ อุปกรณ์ และเครื่องมือทุกชนิดให้สะอาดตามหลักอนามัย • ดูแลอุปกรณ์และเครื่องมือให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้งานตลอดเวลา • มีความรู้ในผลิตภัณฑ์น้ำยาทำความสะอาดและใช้น้ำยาได้ถูกประเภทตามมาตรฐาน • จัดเก็บภาชนะอย่างถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด การดูแลความสะอาดร้าน • ดูแลรักษาความสะอาดเรียบร้อยภายในและภายนอกร้านตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท • ทำความสะอาดพื้นที่รับผิดชอบตามตารางที่กำหนดทุกวัน • ประสานงานกับทีมบริการและทีมครัวเพื่อสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของร้าน การรักษาความปลอดภัยและสุขอนามัย • ดูแลเครื่องแต่งกายและสุขอนามัยส่วนตัวให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท • ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยของบริษัทอย่างเคร่งครัด • ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบวินัยขององค์กรและคำสั่งของผู้บังคับบัญชา • ปฏิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมายตามตารางงานประจำวัน คุณสมบัติของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน (Job Specifications) การศึกษา (Education): มัธยมศึกษาตอนต้น (ม.3) หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไป ประสบการณ์ (Experience): ไม่จำเป็นต้องมีประสบการณ์ (หากมีประสบการณ์ด้านการทำความสะอาดในร้านอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ) คุณสมบัติอื่น ๆ: • มีใจรักงานบริการ มีความรับผิดชอบและขยันหมั่นเพียร • มีบุคลิกภาพดี กระฉับกระเฉง และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้ดี • สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้ (6 วัน/สัปดาห์) รวมถึงวันหยุดนักขัตฤกษ์
