Zur Verstärkung unseres Vertriebsteams für den Geschäftsbereich Patient Monitoring, spezialisiert auf die Pulsoximetrie, suchen wir derzeit einen engagierten und motivierten Kollegen für die Region Süd Ost Deutschland. Die Region schließt ganz Bayern, sowie Teile von Thüringen, Sachsen und Baden Württemberg ein. Es handelt sich um eine Remote Position. Remote bedeutet, dass Ihre Heimatadresse als primärer Arbeitsort gilt (Home Office). Für Meetings kann hin und wieder Ihre Anwesenheit im Medtronic Office erforderlich sein.

Verantwortlichkeiten umfassen, wie folgt:

Sie fördern den Verkauf von hochmodernen Patientenüberwachungssystemen und tragen dazu bei, die Gesundheitsversorgung nachhaltig zu verbessern
Entwickeln und pflegen Sie langfristige Partnerschaften mit medizinischem Fachpersonal und Entscheidungsträgern
Präsentieren Sie wegweisende Technologien im Gesundheitswesen und unterstützen Sie Kunden bei deren Implementierung
Effiziente Zeit- und Aufgabenplanung gehören zu Ihren Stärken

Erforderliches Wissen und Erfahrung:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im medizinisch-technischen oder kaufmännischen Bereich Zuverlässigkeit und Verbindlichkeit sowie eine eigenständige Arbeitsweise
Mindestens 2 Jahre Vertriebserfahrung, idealerweise in der Medizintechnik oder pharmazeutischen Industrie.
Die Fähigkeit, Probleme zu lösen und Prioritäten zu setzen
Verhandlungssicher in Deutsch und Englisch
Selbstständigkeit und Zielstrebigkeit: Sie arbeiten eigenverantwortlich und verfolgen Ihre Ziele mit Engagement
Sie kommunizieren proaktiv und verstehen es, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erkennen und zu erfüllen

The final salary within this range will be determined based on objective, job-related criteria, including relevant experience, skills and qualifications, in accordance with our compensation framework.
