I nostri Tirocini per Sales Associate sono volti a candidati desiderosi di intraprendere un percorso formativo nell'ambito della vendita assistita. I Tirocinanti impareranno a far vivere un'esperienza unica ai clienti e far conoscere il marchio Skechers in ognuno dei suoi aspetti.

COSA IMPARERAI?

VENDITE

Accogliere, ricevere e conoscere i clienti assicurando un'esperienza esclusiva in ogni visita al punto vendita. Assistere nella vendita dei prodotti illustrando caratteristiche e vantaggi, consigliando calzature e accessori in linea con le esigenze e le aspettative del cliente, superandole ove possibile.

PRODOTTO

Conoscere tutte le linee di calzature Skechers e allestire l'area vendita secondo gli standard aziendali. Supportare i colleghi nell'organizzazione delle spedizioni e nel trasferimento delle merci entro le scadenze fissate.

LAVORO DI SQUADRA

Collaborare attivamente con il team di negozio promuovendo uno spirito di squadra positivo ed entusiasta, coinvolgendo anche i clienti.

OPERAZIONI

Supportare il team nella sistemazione dei prodotti nell'area vendita e nel magazzino, mantenendo lo store sempre in perfetto ordine per accogliere i clienti.

REQUISITI

Essere ammissibile per una convenzione di tirocinio.

Diploma di scuola superiore o equivalente.

Attualmente disoccupato/a. Non deve aver svolto un precedente tirocinio per la stessa mansione. Orientamento alla vendita assistita e al cliente.

Energia positiva, entusiasmo e spirito di squadra.

Attitudine al lavoro in un ambiente dinamico e in continua evoluzione.
