### 必須要件
- 学士号（物流、サプライチェーン管理、ビジネス、IT関連分野）
- 5年以上のTMSまたは物流管理の経験
- データ分析ツール（SQL, Python, R, Tableau等）の実務経験
- KPI設計とパフォーマンス管理の経験
- プロジェクト管理スキル
- 優れた問題解決能力と分析力
### 望ましい要件
- 大学院学位（MBAや物流学修士）
- TMSシステム（Oracle TMS, SAP TM, MercuryGate等）の導入経験
- 輸送ネットワーク設計の経験
- プログラミングスキル（Python, SQL）
- シックスシグマまたはリーン管理の知識
- 日本語と英語のビジネスレベル
### 技術スキル
- **データ分析**: SQL, Python/R, Excel, Tableau/Power BI
- **TMSプラットフォーム**: 主要TMSシステムの知識
- **ERP連携**: SAP, Oracle等との連携経験
- **ルート最適化ツール**: 輸送計画ソフトウェアの知識
