生产工艺工程师-Trainee

岗位职责

1. 参与高速马达组装线的工艺制定与优化，确保生产过程的稳定性和高效性。​

2. 负责解决生产过程中出现的工艺问题，进行工艺参数的调整和改进，提高产品质量和生产效率。​

3. 编制和完善工艺文件，如作业指导书、工艺流程图等，为生产操作人员提供明确的指导。​

3. 对高速马达组装线的生产流程进行分析和优化，消除生产瓶颈，提高生产流程的合理性和流畅性。​

4. 负责生产现场的布局规划与改善，合理配置人力、物力等资源，降低生产成本。​

5. 制定标准工时，对生产效率进行核算和分析，提出提高生产效率的措施和建议。​

6. 参与高速马达组装线的自动化、智能化改造项目，协助引入和应用 AI 技术、自动化设备等，提高生产线的自动化水平。​

7. 负责对自动化生产设备和系统进行日常监控和维护，确保其正常运行。​

8. 分析生产过程中的数据，利用 AI 算法等工具进行生产预测和优化，为生产决策提供数据支持。

任职要求

1. 硕士或以上学历​，专业要求：机电一体化、机械设计及其自动化、智能制造、电气工程及其自动化、电子信息工程等相关专业。

2. 具备扎实的专业基础知识，熟悉机电一体化、机械设计、自动化等相关领域的基本原理和技术。​

3. 具有较强的学习能力和创新精神，能够快速掌握新知识、新技术，并应用于实际工作中。​

4. 具备良好的问题解决能力和逻辑思维能力，能够准确分析和解决生产过程中出现的各种问题。​

5. 具有良好的沟通协调能力和团队合作精神，能够与不同部门的人员进行有效的沟通和协作。​

6. 具备良好的英语读写能力。
