Treasury Services Accounting Administrator – LATAM
Profesional con formación en Ingeniería Financiera, Administración de Negocios, Economía o Ingeniería Administrativa, con un mínimo de 6 meses de experiencia en áreas financieras, tesorería, pagos o conciliaciones.
El candidato ideal debe contar con sólidos conocimientos informáticos, manejo de Excel y herramientas digitales, así como experiencia o familiaridad con sistemas ERP (SAP y SIESA, deseables). También se valorarán conocimientos en herramientas de automatización y analítica, como Power BI, Power Automate y soluciones de AI.
Conocimientos y Habilidades Requeridas
- Conocimientos básicos de tesorería, contabilidad y flujo de caja.
- Manejo de ERP (SAP / SIESA deseable).
- Dominio de herramientas de Office, especialmente Excel.
- Conocimientos en automatización de procesos (Power BI, Power Automate, AI).
- Atención al detalle, orientación a resultados y alta capacidad de organización.
- Capacidad para trabajar en entornos multiculturales y dinámicos.

Funciones Principales
- Ejecutar pagos a proveedores de las compañias de Latam.
- Apoyar el proceso de conciliaciones bancarias diarias y mensuales.
- Registrar gastos y comisiones bancarias.
- Gestionar el registro de medios de pago y soportes relacionados.
- Descargar y organizar los movimientos bancarios diarios.
- Realizar formularios cambiarios, reporte al banco de la republica y Dian, cuando sea necesario.
- Contribuir a iniciativas de mejora y automatización de procesos.
Ingles B1 o B2 deseable.
