Gestisce le relazioni di primo livello con il cliente e le richieste di intervento dei clienti in ambito vendita, garantendo l’inserimento degli ordini processati e l’istruzione corretta della pratica amministrativa.

Attività previste:
- Gestione degli ordini con relativo inserimento degli stessi a sistema
- Invio ordini di acquisto alle fabbriche e ai fornitori locali
- Fatturazione e preparazione della relativa documentazione
- Supporto alla forza vendita (venditori, sales manager, capo filiale)
- Gestione delle richieste da parte dei clienti interni

Tasks and Qualifications:
- Esperienza pregressa di minimo 1 o 2 anni nel ruolo di sales back office (con gestione ordini di vendita rete commerciale e fatturazione) preferibilmente presso aziende del settore dei beni industriali di medio grandi dimensioni, modernamente organizzate.
- Titolo di studio: diploma o laurea
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
- Conoscenza SAP /ERPs
- Utilizzo del pacchetto Office
- Buona capacità organizzativa del lavoro in autonomia nel rispetto delle scadenze/tempistiche
Sede di lavoro: Montegalda (Vicenza)
