This position reports to:

Production Supervisor

Haemme nyt uusia osaajia Vaasan tehtaamme tuotantoon kokoonpanotyöntekijän ja operaattorin työtehtäviin. Tehtävät voivat sisältää kytkintuotteiden kokoonpanoa, pakkausta sekä tuotannon eri työvaiheita. Osa tehtävistä painottuu automatisoitujen tuotantolinjojen operointiin, valvontaan ja tuotannon sujuvuuden varmistamiseen.

Työskentelet osana ammattitaitoista tiimiä modernissa tuotantoympäristössä, jossa turvallisuus, laatu ja jatkuva kehittäminen ovat tärkeä osa päivittäistä tekemistä.

Tehtävässä menestyy parhaiten henkilö, jolla on positiivinen asenne työntekoon sekä halu oppia ja kehittyä. Arvostamme oma-aloitteisuutta, joustavuutta ja hyviä yhteistyötaitoja. Työ edellyttää huolellisuutta, laatutietoisuutta sekä kykyä noudattaa turvallisia työtapoja. Tekniikan tai teollisuusalan koulutus sekä aikaisempi kokemus tuotanto- tai kokoonpanotyöstä katsotaan eduksi, mutta eivät ole välttämättömiä. Tärkeintä on motivaatio, hyvä työasenne ja halu tehdä työtä osana tiimiä.
