Roolisi ja vastuualueesi

Etsimme nyt kokenutta tuotantopäällikköä vahvistamaan tiimiämme ABB Netcontrolilla Distribution Solutions -divisioonassa. Tehtävä sijaitsee Helsingissä Pitäjänmäellä ja tuotantopäällikkö tekee pääsääntöisesti läsnätyötä.

Tuotantopäällikkönä toimit esihenkilönä tiimille, jonka tehtäviin kuuluu tilauskohtainen ala-asemien (RTU) loppukokoonpano, lisenssien aktivointi ja testaus. Vastuisiin kuuluu lisäksi saapuvan tavaran vastaanotto, varaston ylläpito ja lähtevien tilausten keräily, pakkaus sekä kuljetustilaukset. Tiimi hoitaa myös tilaustenkäsittelyn ja tekee tarvittavat hankinnat omaan varastoon sekä projekteille ja huolehtii hyvästä yhteistyöstä sekä asiakkaiden että toimittajien kanssa.

Vastuualueesi:

Kannustavana esihenkilönä toimiminen tiimillesi
Tiimisi töiden suunnittelu ja tilausten aikataulutus
Yhteyshenkilönä toimiminen sisäisille sidosryhmille sekä osalle toimittajista
Tuotantoprosessien integroiminen ABB:n toimintatapojen kanssa sekä tähän liittyvä muutosjohtaminen
Tuotantoa ja toimitusketjua koskevien KPI-lukujen seuranta
Turvallisuus-, ympäristö- ja laatuvaatimusten noudattaminen tiimissäsi

Taustasi

Kokemusta esihenkilötyöstä tuotantoympäristössä, esimerkiksi työnjohtajan roolista
Tehtävään soveltuva relevantti koulutustausta, esim. insinööri AMK
Tehtävässä edellytetään sujuvaa suomen- sekä englannin kielen taitoa
Arvostamme kokemusta muutosjohtamisesta, muutosten implementoinnista käytäntöön sekä prosessien kehittämisestä
Arvostamme hyvää osaamista ERP-järjestelmistä
