本ポジションでは日本市場におけるブランド価値の向上、認知拡大、リード創出を目的としたマーケティングおよびコミュニケーション活動の企画・実行を担います。
グローバルおよびAPACのマーケティングチームと連携しながら、日本市場に最適化された施策の展開をリードしていただきます。PR、コンテンツ制作、ソーシャルメディア運営、イベント企画・運営、社内コミュニケーションなど幅広い業務に携わることができるため、マーケティング・コミュニケーション分野でキャリアを築きたい方に最適なポジションです。
また、多様なビジネス部門のリーダーや外部パートナーと協働しながら、急成長を続ける日本事業のブランド構築に貢献いただきます。
主な業務内容
- マーケティング戦略の実行
- 日本市場向け年間マーケティングプランおよびマーケティングカレンダーの策定支援
- 各種マーケティング施策やキャンペーンの企画・運営サポート、プロジェクトの進行管理、スケジュール管理、関係者との連携
- ビジネス課題や事業目標に応じたコミュニケーション施策の提案、ROIを意識したマーケティング活動の推進
- APACおよびグローバル施策の日本市場向けローカライズ
- ブランドマネジメント、日本国内におけるブランドガイドラインの浸透と運用管理、メッセージの一貫性の維持
- 社内向けブランド教育および啓発活動
- PR・対外コミュニケーション、プレスリリース、記事、各種広報資料の作成
- メディアとの関係構築および問い合わせ対応
- アワード応募や認知向上施策の企画・実施
- 日本市場向けのコンテンツ制作およびコピーライティング
- ソーシャルメディア運用のサポート
- Webサイトコンテンツの更新および最適化
- デジタルキャンペーンの実施・効果分析
- イベント・カンファレンス運営、セミナー、クライアントイベント、カンファレンスへの出展・運営サポート
- イベントプロモーションおよび集客施策の実施、イベント成果の分析およびレポーティング
- 社内コミュニケーション、社内ニュースレターやイントラネット記事の作成
- 社内イベントや全社コミュニケーション施策のサポート
- グローバル施策の日本向け展開、効果測定・レポーティング
- マーケティングおよびコミュニケーション施策の効果測定
- 各種KPIの管理と分析

応募資格・必須要件
- マーケティング、コミュニケーション、広報、ジャーナリズム、メディア関連分野の学位、または同等の知識・経験 マーケティングまたはコミュニケーション業務経験（1～3年程度）
- 日本語・英語の両言語による高いコミュニケーション能力（主に日本語）
- 複数のプロジェクトを同時に管理できるプロジェクトマネジメント能力
- Microsoft Office（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）の実務スキル
- 歓迎要件
- BtoBマーケティングの経験、PR・メディアリレーションズの経験
- デジタルマーケティングやソーシャルメディア運用経験、コンサルティング、建設、不動産、金融など業界でのマーケティング経験
- イベント運営やプロジェクト管理経験
