A UPS Magyarországon kiscsomag-szállítási és egyéb szállítmányozási szolgáltatásokat egyaránt nyújt, Vecsésen található központjában több mint 120 ember dolgozik. A UPS-t szinte kezdetektől a csomagszállítás és a logisztika úttörői között tartották számon. Az eltelt több mint 100 év során a kis futárszolgálatból a világ egyik legnagyobb csomagszállító vállalatává nőtte ki magát, mely globális piacvezető az ellátási lánc és az áruszállítási szolgáltatások területén. Mára a UPS több mint 220 országot és régiót szolgál ki.

Feladat:

• Az ügyfélszolgálatra érkező hívások magas színvonalon történő kiszolgálása, panaszkezelés

• Megrendelések rögzítése, továbbítása a diszpécserek felé

• Logisztikai cégünk termékeivel és szolgáltatásaival kapcsolatos információnyújtás az ügyfeleknek

• Csomagok nyomon követése

Elvárások:

• Minimum középfokú végzettség (pályakezdőket is örömmel várunk)

• Társalgási szintű angol nyelvtudás a pozíció betöltésének feltétele

• Felhasználói szintű számítástechnikai ismeret (Word, Excel)

• Proaktív problémamegoldó személyiség

• Lelkiismeretes, megbízható, segítőkész hozzáállás
