Üretimde kullanılacak malzemelerin ambalajını değiştirir ve bunların ilgili hatlara aktarımını sağlar.

Temel Sorumluluklar

• Tedarikçiden gelen orjinal paketinde olan malzemeleri ESD kasalara koyar, aktif şekilde forklift kullanır.

• İzlenebilirlik için tüm malzemelere etiketler basar.

• ESD kasalara aktarılan malzemeleri ilgili hatların stok alanlarına yerleştirir.

• Fiziksel olarak aktardığı malzemeleri SAP sisteminden transfer eder.

• Her vardiyanın başında malzeme ve yarı mamul stokunu alır.

• Malzeme,bitmiş ürün alım ve teslimat işlemlerini gerçekleştirir.

• İlgili spesifikasyonlara uygun olarak TPM uygulamaları yapar.

• Katmanlı denetim gerçekleştirir (müşteri talebi üzerine)

• Çalışma alanının temiz ve düzenli tutulmasını sağlar.

• İş sağlığı ve güvenliği kurallarına uyar.

• Üretim alanından iade edilecek malzemelerin iade prosedürlerini gerçekleştirir.

• Bir sorun tespit edildiğinde, eskalasyon prosedürü gereği bildirimde bulunur.

• ESD kurallarına uygun olarak çalışır.

• Sorumluluk düzeyine uygun olarak çevre,sağlık,enerji verimliliği ve iş güvenliği standartlarına,politikalara ve uygulamalara uyumu sağlamak.

• Çalışan el kitapçığına uygun olarak çalışır.

Eğitim ve Deneyim

• Forklift Belgesi gereklidir.

• Lise veya Meslek Yüksek Okulu mezuniyeti gereklidir.

• Tercihen üretim deneyimi gereklidir.
