Buscamos uma pessoa com sólida experiência em pesquisa aplicada a produtos digitais, capaz de transformar necessidades e comportamentos dos usuários em insights acionáveis para o produto.

Ensino superior em Design, Psicologia, Antropologia, Comunicação, Tecnologia ou áreas correlatas
+5 anos de experiência em UX Research / User Research
Experiência em pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa
Domínio de metodologias como entrevistas, testes de usabilidade, surveys, análise de comportamento e pesquisa exploratória
Capacidade de estruturar problemas, hipóteses, planos de pesquisa e síntese de insights
Experiência trabalhando em squads multidisciplinares, em parceria com Product, Design e Engineering
Capacidade de traduzir research findings em recomendações claras para tomada de decisão
Experiência com produtos digitais e metodologias ágeis
Inglês fluente
Disponibilidade para trabalho presencial em Betim pelo menos 3x por semana
