En Coforge estamos buscando UX/UI Designer Mid-Level (#Mig-22825-1) con el siguiente perfil.
Responsabilidades principales
• Investigar y comprender las necesidades de usuarios, negocio y operación mediante entrevistas, observación contextual, shadowing y workshops.
• Identificar insights, oportunidades y pain points en procesos y experiencias digitales.
• Diseñar experiencias end-to-end mediante Service Blueprints, Customer Journey Maps, User Flows y diagramas de procesos.
• Crear wireframes y prototipos de baja, media y alta fidelidad.
• Planificar y ejecutar validaciones y pruebas de usabilidad, analizando resultados para iterar las soluciones.
• Diseñar interfaces para plataformas web, móviles y herramientas internas.
• Aplicar, mantener y documentar Design Systems, incluyendo componentes, patrones, tokens y variantes.
• Colaborar con Product Managers, UX Researchers, Diseñadores, Desarrolladores, QA y stakeholders de negocio bajo metodologías Agile/Scrum.

Requisitos indispensables
• 3+ años de experiencia en UX/UI para productos digitales.
• Experiencia demostrable diseñando aplicaciones web y móviles.
• Experiencia trabajando sobre procesos operativos, retail, operaciones o herramientas internas.
• 2+ años de experiencia ejecutando actividades de investigación, descubrimiento y validación con usuarios.
• 2+ años de experiencia trabajando con Design Systems.
• Experiencia creando Service Blueprints, User Flows y documentación de procesos complejos.
• Conocimientos de investigación cualitativa, entrevistas, shadowing, workshops, Customer Journey Mapping y Arquitectura de Información.
• Experiencia en diseño de interacción, validación de soluciones y pruebas de usabilidad.
• Manejo avanzado de Figma, FigJam y Figma Make.
• Conocimientos de componentes, estados, variantes, tokens y patrones de diseño.
• Excelente comunicación verbal y escrita, pensamiento analítico y sistémico, proactividad y autonomía.
Requisitos deseables
• Experiencia en construcción o evolución de Design Systems.
• Manejo de Miro, Jira, Confluence y Useberry.
• Experiencia con IA aplicada al ecosistema Figma.
• Experiencia utilizando Microsoft Copilot, Gemini y ChatGPT.
• Experiencia utilizando IA para investigación, síntesis y generación de insights.
• Experiencia trabajando en entornos Agile/Scrum y equipos multidisciplinarios.
