Üllői gyáregységünk csapatába keresünk munkatársat az alábbi munkakör betöltésére:
Vámügyintéző
A legfontosabb feladatok a következők lesznek:
- Szállítmányok érkeztetése
- A vám koordinátorok által rögzített számla adatok ellenőrzése
- A napi import és export vámkezelések végrehajtása
- Kommunikáció a fuvarozókkal, beszállítókkal és vevői partnerekkel írásban, esetenként angolul
- Kommunikáció logisztikai csapattal, raktárral, társosztályokkal valamint a NAV munkatársaival
- Vámhivatali ügyintézés, közreműködés a hatósági eljárásokban
- A CTC manager által meghatározott vámszakmai területen végzett munka felügyelete
A munkakör betöltéséhez szükséges ismeretek és tulajdonságok:
- Érettségi & OKJ-s vámszakmai végzettség és szakmai tapasztalat
- Alapszintű angol nyelvismeret
- Felhasználói szintű számítógépes ismeret (MS Office, Excel)
- Jó konfliktuskezelő és probléma megoldó készség
- Két műszakos munkarend vállalása
Előnyként értékeljük:
- Angol nyelv középszintű ismerete
- Régens vámszoftver ismerete
