- Menerima, menghitung, dan memverifikasi uang tunai yang masuk maupun keluar dari vault.
- Menyiapkan kaset ATM sesuai nominal dan kebutuhan pengisian berdasarkan jadwal.
- Melakukan proses loading, balancing, dan rekonsiliasi uang tunai untuk ATM.
- Memastikan jumlah uang dalam kaset ATM sesuai dengan dokumen dan data pada sistem.
- Melakukan pengecekan fisik kaset ATM sebelum didistribusikan.
- Mengoperasikan mesin penghitung uang dan peralatan pendukung lainnya.
- Menjaga keamanan uang tunai, dokumen, dan aset yang berada di area vault.
- Membuat laporan transaksi, mutasi uang, dan stok kas harian.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim messenger, custodian, dan Operations Control terkait distribusi kas ATM.
- Memastikan seluruh proses kerja dilaksanakan sesuai SOP, standar keamanan, dan ketentuan perusahaan.
- Mendukung pelaksanaan stock opname serta audit internal maupun eksternal.
