- Menerima, menghitung, memeriksa, dan mencatat uang/barang berharga yang masuk ke Vault.
- Menyiapkan dan mengeluarkan uang/barang berharga sesuai instruksi dan dokumen yang telah disetujui.
- Melakukan counting, sorting, bundling, dan packing uang sesuai prosedur.
- Memastikan jumlah dan kondisi uang/barang berharga sesuai dengan dokumen serah terima.
- Melakukan pencatatan setiap transaksi/pergerakan uang atau barang berharga secara akurat.
- Melakukan rekonsiliasi antara fisik, sistem, dan dokumen serta melaporkan apabila terdapat selisih.
- Menjaga keamanan dan kerahasiaan seluruh uang/barang berharga yang berada di dalam Vault.
- Memastikan akses ke Vault dilakukan sesuai dengan ketentuan dan otorisasi yang berlaku.
- Melakukan serah terima dengan tim terkait secara lengkap dan terdokumentasi.
- Menjaga kebersihan, kerapian, dan ketertiban area kerja Vault.
- Melaporkan segera apabila terdapat selisih, kerusakan, kehilangan, atau ketidaksesuaian kepada Supervisor.
- Mematuhi seluruh SOP, security procedure, K3, dan compliance yang berlaku di perusahaan.
- Membantu proses audit dan stock opname apabila diperlukan.
- Melaksanakan tugas lain yang berkaitan dengan operasional Vault sesuai arahan Supervisor/Manager.
