A. Cash Handling & Processing
- Menerima kas dari tim CIT/branch sesuai dokumen serah terima resmi.
- Melakukan pembukaan, penyortiran, penghitungan (manual/mesin), dan verifikasi keaslian uang.
- Melakukan proses bundling, packaging, dan labeling sesuai standar Bank Indonesia/peraturan yang berlaku.
- Mengidentifikasi uang tidak layak edar (UTLE) dan memproses sesuai ketentuan.
B. Reconciliation & Documentation
- Melakukan balancing harian antara fisik kas dengan sistem.
- Menginput dan memastikan seluruh transaksi tercatat akurat dalam sistem CPC.
- Menyiapkan laporan harian operasional dan selisih (jika ada).
- Melaporkan immediately setiap shortage/overage sesuai escalation matrix.
C. Vault Security & Compliance
- Melaksanakan prosedur dual control pada setiap aktivitas akses vault.
- Memastikan akses vault sesuai otorisasi dan tercatat dalam log book.
- Mematuhi SOP keamanan, CCTV monitoring, serta prosedur audit trail.
- Mendukung proses audit internal, eksternal, dan client audit.

D. Risk & Control
- Menjaga kerahasiaan informasi jumlah kas dan aktivitas operasional.
- Mengidentifikasi potensi risiko operasional dan melaporkan kepada atasan.
- Memastikan area kerja tetap aman, tertib, dan sesuai standar keamanan CPC.
