El Vendedor de Tienda PT Time se encarga de que nuestros clientes quieran ser parte de nuestras tiendas y nuestro calzado tanto como nosotros. Ayuda a proporcionar una experiencia de cliente increíble y a dar a conocer la marca Skechers en todos y cada uno de sus aspectos.
Funciones:
- Lograr o exceder las metas de ventas asignadas.
- Mantener un compromiso con los procesos de ventas de la compañía, sus valores, y su código de ética del negocio.
- Recuperar o recibir la mercadería para los clientes en forma apropiada y precisa.
- Envolver o colocar en bolsas la mercadería de los clientes. Personalmente, llevar cada bolsa al mostrador para pasárselo al cliente.
- Ayudar con la ubicación correcta de los productos y llevar a cabo correctamente los estándares y directrices de marketing y presentación visual.
- Etiquetar, marcar, o poner precios en mercadería.
- Habilidad para comunicarse profesionalmente e interactuar con los clientes al responder preguntas y compartir las características y beneficios de los productos.
- Cumplir con las políticas y procedimientos en todo momento.
- Concluir con la recuperación de la tienda durante el turno y en el cierre para prepararla para el día siguiente.
- Dispuesto y competente para limpiar estantes, mostradores, mesas y pisos y la tienda en general.

Requisitos:
- Estudios mínimos: Secundaria Completa
- Experiencia mínima de 6 meses en ventas o atención al cliente.
- Disponibilidad para laborar 19 horas rotativas a la semana de lunes a domingo.
