Principais Responsabilidades
- Abertura ou fechamento de loja
- Inspirar e liderar a experiência do cliente
- Ser multiplicador de treinamentos técnicos quando necessário;
- Especialista em produto e embaixador da marca.
- Dominar sistemas e operações da loja.
- Garantir rotinas de segurança.
- Abertura e ou fechamento de caixa
- Auditar caixa
- Responsável pelos envios das documentações e ou validações de padronizações de VM da loja junto ao time de operações
- Garantir a execução de VM
- Gestão de Ponto
- Organização e gestão de escala de equipe
- Proporcionar ao cliente a melhor experiência Skechers

- Ensino médio completo
- Promover ambiente seguro, respeitoso, acolhedor e equipe de performance
- Comunicação clara, assertiva.
- Foco no cliente – excelente atendimento, foco na experiência do cliente e entendimento das necessidades
- Flexibilidade e motivação
- Paixão pelos produtos e pela marca.
- Experiência prévia em gestão no varejo – mínimo 2 anos
- Conhecimento pacote office, ERP vendas
- Liderança e persuasão
