Verfahrensingenieur Keramische Fertigung (Pressformgebung) m/w/d
Aufgaben
- Einführung neuer und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse in der Keramikfertigung (Pressformgebung) unter Berücksichtigung technischer, wirtschaftlicher und qualitativer Anforderungen
- Organisation der Aufrechterhaltung der technischen Verfügbarkeit vorhandener Produktionsanlagen im Verantwortungsbereich
- Mitarbeit bei Validierung/Qualifizierung von Maschinen und Prozessen
- Vorbereitung von Investitionsentscheidungen im Verantwortungsbereich
- Projektleitung in bereichsübergreifenden Teilprojekten inklusive Änderungsmanagement
- Erstellung von Verfahrensanweisungen im Verantwortungsbereich
Anforderungsprofil
- Studium Werkstofftechnik Glas und Keramik / Produktionstechnik / Verfahrenstechnik / Maschinenbau / Technikerausbildung sowie einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Herstellung technischer Keramik von Vorteil
- Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Programmen
- Gewissenhafte, selbständige und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise, Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
