- Prati obim, kvalitet rada i proizvoda zajedno sa timom operatera u proizvodnji.
- Obučava zaposlene na radnom mestu i vrši ulogu mentora tokom perioda obuke novozaposlenih.
- Prati stepen obučenosti operatera i ažurira matrice kvalifikacija uz definisanje mera za prevazilaženje nedostataka u radu.
- Započinje rad smene na liniji, organizuje i održava smenske sastanke.
- Pruža podršku vođi smene u aktivnostima upravljanja proizvodnjom i učestvuje u akcijama kontinuiranih poboljšanja procesa rada.
- Identifikuje odstupanja i preduzima korektivne akcije na proizvodnoj liniji.
- Vrši identifikaciju i označavanje grešaka u proizvodnom procesu.
- Vodi računa o bezbednosti, uređenosti i higijeni radnog mesta (5S).
- Organizovanje rada na proizvodnim linijama za tim od 5 do 10 zaposlenih.
- Minimum IV stepen stručne spreme.
- Najmanje 1 godina iskustva na istim ili sličnim pozicijama.
- Poznavanje 5S principa rada.
- Osnovno poznavanje rada na računaru.
- Poznavanje engleskog jezika.
