Ihre Rolle
Sie übernehmen Verantwortung und setzen Mitarbeitende entsprechend ihrer Qualifikation ein, leiten sie an und unterweisen sie
vollwertig in der Fertigung produktiv mitarbeiten
Engpässe und Fertigungsstörungen beseitigen, Störungsursachen auswerten und abstellen, Verbesserungen vorschlagen
Mängel bei organisatorischen Abläufen oder technischen Problemen beseitigen, bei der Einführung neuer Produkte und Fertigungstechniken das Engineering unterstützen

den Meister (m/w/x) fachlich vertreten
Ihr Profil
Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Feinoptiker (m/w/x) oder einem angrenzenden Bereich
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich Optikfertigung, insbesondere im Umgang mit händischen sowie konventionellen Verfahren zur Herstellung planoptischer Produkte
Erfahrung im Anleiten und Führen von Menschen sowie hohe Kommunikations-/Sozialkompetenz
Ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit einer genauen, sehr zuverlässigen und flexiblen Arbeitsweise
Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im 3-Schicht System
