Warehouse Supervisor

Who we’re looking for

We are seeking a strong warehouse leader who is ready to own results by bringing structure, accountability, and people-focused leadership to a high-performing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead operational excellence initiatives while fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Leveraging your experience in warehouse operations, team leadership, and process improvement, you will drive engagement, optimize performance, and support the ongoing success of the distribution centre in a fast-paced environment. You are a resilient, collaborative leader who thrives on developing people, improving processes, and delivering sustainable results.

You’ll also need

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in warehouse management or CPG‑related warehousing
• Experience supervising staff and leading teams
• Strong change‑management capabilities
• Experience working with livestock feed, pet food, or similar regulated warehousing (nice to have)
• Technical skills in Warehouse Management Systems and Microsoft applications
• Proven software/system literacy and accuracy in data recording
• Core competencies: process focus, people leadership, Problem‑solving, collaboration, adaptability
