Als Warranty Specialist ben je het aanspreekpunt voor dealers en ondersteun je hen bij een correcte en efficiënte afhandeling van garantieclaims. Je werkt nauw samen met technische teams en draagt bij aan een consistente toepassing van de richtlijnen van de fabrikant.

Verantwoordelijkheden

Beantwoorden van vragen van dealers met betrekking tot garantieprocessen
Ondersteunen bij het indienen, beoordelen en opvolgen van garantieclaims
Waarborgen van naleving van OEM-richtlijnen en procedures
Coördineren van pre-approval trajecten in samenwerking met technische supportteams
Ondersteunen van onderdelenretourprocessen
Bijdragen aan garantie-audits en kwaliteitscontroles
Opstellen van periodieke rapportages en analyses ter ondersteuning van continue verbetering

Ervaring met garantieadministratie, claimsbeheer of vergelijkbare processen
Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een professionele houding
Klantgerichte, proactieve en oplossingsgerichte mindset
Uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels
Affiniteit met de automotive sector
