Your Role
In your daily job you will:
- Follow global customer complaint response procedure.
- Follow and update China/AP warranty working instruction.
- Setup warranty team for field collection, analysis and improvement.
- Lead team to develop countermeasures to prevent faults.
- Periodic review & follow up to track the effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Share & standardize lessons learned in region.
- Lead team to identify, track and assess potential safety and compliance warranty issue
- Develop warranty strategy to reduce the field cost.
- Monthly update and monitor warranty payment report in China/AP.

- Automobile or related industry Quality or Engineering background
- Be familiar with OEM structure and work procedure
- Be familiar with products characteristic
- Can do initial analysis and measurement for products
- Problem-solving skill
- Can do job flexible on time and location
- Good communication skill
- Good command of oral and written English
