Job Title/High-Level Position Summary:

The Web Platform Manager owns the operation, stability and ongoing evolution of the Enovis corporate web ecosystem, including Enovis.com.

Sitting within the Global Digital Center of Excellence, the role ensures a reliable, high-performing and brand-consistent platform across Enovis’ multi-brand MedTech portfolio.

The Web Platform Manager will also play an important role in supporting the Enovis.com replatforming and web consolidation program, helping ensure smooth migration, transition and go-live readiness while maintaining the quality, security, privacy and compliance standards expected within a regulated medical-device environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the day-to-day operation of Enovis.com, including platform updates, releases, maintenance and performance.
  • Ensure ongoing site stability, reliability and continuous improvement across the corporate web ecosystem.
  • Support the corporate-site workstream of the broader replatforming program, including migration, transition and go-live readiness.
  • Execute platform updates and releases in accordance with global standards, governance and established processes.
  • Partner closely with IT/DSI, digital agencies and platform vendors on delivery, deployment and integrations.
  • Support integrations across content, Digital Asset Management (DAM) and third-party tools.
  • Ensure the corporate web ecosystem operates in accordance with relevant security, privacy and medical-device regulatory requirements.
  • Balance ongoing platform operations and stability with transformation and enhancement priorities.
  • Help drive continuous improvement across web operations, platform performance and delivery processes.
  • Support effective management of development, support and vendor costs.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing corporate websites and web/CMS platforms within a complex, multi-brand or multi-market environment.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting website migrations or replatforming projects.
  • Solid understanding of web operations, including releases, integrations, performance, security and compliance.
  • Technical understanding of web infrastructure, security and IT operations, with the ability to partner effectively with IT rather than directly managing the underlying infrastructure.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong ownership mindset, execution discipline and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders across multiple regions.
  • Comfortable balancing“run” priorities, such as platform stability and maintenance, with “build” priorities related to transformation and platform evolution.
  • Excellent communication skills; English required.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required.

Desired Characteristics:

  • Experience working within regulated industries, such as medical technology, healthcare or pharmaceuticals.
  • Familiarity with medical-device regulatory and compliance requirements, including MDR.
  • Experience working within global or multi-brand digital ecosystems.
  • Familiarity with modern Content Management Systems (CMS) and enterprise web platforms, with hands-on Optimizely experience required.
  • Experience with web analytics and tag management.
  • Understanding of DAM and third-party platform integrations.
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across IT/DSI, agencies, platform vendors and business unit marketing teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage operational issues while maintaining focus on longer-term platform evolution.
  • Continuous-improvement mindset with a strong focus on reliability, quality and user experience.

What Success Looks Like:

  • A reliable, stable and high-performing corporate website with strong uptime and smooth, well-managed releases.
  • Successful, disruption-free support for the Enovis.com replatforming and digital transformation roadmap.
  • Consistent application of global platform standards and governance across the corporate web ecosystem.
  • Effective collaboration between Digital, IT/DSI, agencies, platform vendors and business stakeholders.
  • Strong security, privacy and regulatory compliance across web operations.
  • Efficient management of development, platform support and vendor costs.
  • Continuous improvement in web operations, platform performance and overall digital experience.

Travel Requirements:

  • Must be able to travel up to 10% of the time, including both domestic and international travel.
  • Typical work-related travel assignments range from 1–3 days and may require overnight, out-of-town stays.
  • This role operates within a hybrid working arrangement based in Lisbon, Portugal.
