Your responsibilities

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele activiteiten op onze milieuprojecten.

Je volgt meerdere werven op: van opstart tot oplevering, inclusief voortgangscontrole.

Je coördineert zowel vaste medewerkers als onderaannemers en voert kwaliteits- en veiligheidscontroles uit.

Je verzorgt de nodige administratieve formaliteiten en rapportages.

Je overlegt regelmatig met de Project Manager en andere stakeholders.

Je waakt over de naleving van de veiligheids- en kwaliteitsstandaarden van de DEME-groep.

Your profile

Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor diploma bouwkunde of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

Je bent flexibel, neemt initiatief en houdt van variatie in je takenpakket.

Je bent bereid om je te verplaatsen binnen Vlaanderen.

Je bent communicatief sterk, oplossingsgericht en een echte teamspeler.

Je spreekt Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in Engels.
