DEINE AUFGABEN:

Pflege und Bereinigung der zentralen CM-Postfächer durch systematisches Sichten, Kategorisieren und zielgerichtete Weiterleitung von Anfragen an die entsprechenden Ansprechpartner.
Operative Bearbeitung von Rückfragen (z. B. Rechnungskopien, Mahnungen), Abwicklung von Insolvenzanmeldungen sowie Kommunikation mit internen Servicecentern.
Aktive telefonische Betreuung und Klärung offener Posten bei kleineren Kundenkonten sowie von Autoglasforderungen

DEIN PROFIL:

Studium der BWL, des Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens oder einer ähnlichen Fachrichtung; eine Kfz- oder kaufmännische Ausbildung ist ein Plus.
Kaufmännisches Grundverständnis, Zahlenaffinität und erste Erfahrungen im Backoffice oder Mahnwesen.
Kommunikationsstärke im telefonischen Kundenkontakt, organisierte Arbeitsweise sowie sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und neuen Systemen.
