Mitarbeit bei der Pflege und Weiterentwicklung des Service Information Systems (SiS)

Unterstützung im Werkzeugmanagement, einschließlich Verwaltung, Nachverfolgung und Dokumentation von Werkzeugen

Erstellung und Aktualisierung technischer und organisatorischer Dokumentationen unter fachlicher Anleitung

Ggf. Unterstützung als Coach bei Situationsbeschreibungen und Problemlösungsansätzen

Dein Profil

laufendes Studium mit naturwissenschaftlichem Hintergrund, z. B. Maschinenbau, Medizintechnik, Physik, o. ä. (üblicherweise ab Beginn drittes Semester oder später)

Fachspezifisches Wissen und Kenntnisse im Aufgabengebiet durch Studium

Fähigkeiten in strukturierter Dokumentation technischer Prozesse

Kenntnisse bei Grundlagen des Werkzeug- und Informationsmanagements

Kenntnis/Coaching in Methoden zur Situationsanalyse, Problem Analyse und Lösungsfindung (z.B. nach Kepner-Tregoe (KT))

Anwendung von Qualitäts- und Prozessmanagementmethoden

Gute Deutsch- und Englischkentnnisse
