Im Zuge der geplanten Ausgründung der Business Unit ZEISS Hunting & Nature entsteht ein neues, eigenständiges Unternehmen. Die Rekrutierung erfolgt über ZEISS. Die Anstellung selbst wird bei der derzeit in Gründung befindlichen eigenständigen Gesellschaft (VALYRA) erfolgen.
Deine Rolle
- Assistenz der Projekt- und Programmmanager im operativen Tagesgeschäft strategischer Transformations- und Change-Management-Projekte sowie Unterstützung der Team/Key Users bei Workshops
- Erstellung von aussagekräftigen Präsentationen (z.B. für Entscheidungsvorlagen), Reportings und Dashboards
- Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und Nachbereitung von Workshops (on- und offline) sowie Erstellung von Kommunikationsmaterialien (Newsletter, Intranet, FAQs)
- Mithilfe bei der Analyse und Dokumentation von Geschäftsprozessen, um Optimierungspotenziale zu identifizieren
- Organisatorische Unterstützung bei der Planung und Nachverfolgung von Projektmeilensteinen und Maßnahmen

Dein Profil
- Aktuelles Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Management, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwesen, -Informatik, Data/Business Analytics oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen (vor allem Excel und PowerPoint)und Erfahrung mit Power BI
- Analytisches Denkvermögen, eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe sowie ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte „Hands-on“-Mentalität mit hoher Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Lust, bis zu 20 Stunden/Woche zu unterstützen
