DEIN VERANTWORTUNGSBEREICH

In unserer Abteilung Schadenmanagement in unserer Verwaltung in Düsseldorf bist du befristet für ein Jahr eine wichtige Unterstützung für das Team und übernimmst folgende Aufgaben:

Unterstützung bei der Administration von Unfallschäden
First Level Support: Koordination von Werkstattaufträgen und Kommunikation mit Kunden
Bearbeitung von E-Mail-Postfächern sowie Beantwortung von Anfragen

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

Immatrikulation an einer Hochschule, Studium idealerweise mit versicherungswissenschaftlichem Bezug, alternativ Weiterbildung zum Versicherungsbetriebswirt (DVA) oder B.A. Insurance Management
Zeit und Lust, uns bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche zu unterstützen
Erfahrung in der Kfz-Schadenbearbeitung
Verständnis für Zahlen
Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
Souveränen Umgang mit dem MS Office-Paket
