Sie entwerfen, entwickeln und pflegen Montage- und Justage-Algorithmen und erstellen MATLAB-Routinen für die virtuelle Justage von Komponenten

Sie übernehmen und steuern die umfassende Entwicklung in interdisziplinären Teams von Integrationsprozessen, -ständen und Messsystemen für die Montage komplexer lithografischer Systeme
Sie arbeiten Konzepte aus, erproben sie, stellen Ergebnisse des Teams zusammen, präsentieren die Ergebnisse und führen die Konzepte so zur Entscheidungsreife
Sie werden Anforderungen und Toleranzen in einem weitreichenden Umfeld und Schnittstellen vergleichen, in Einklang bringen, dokumentieren und umsetzen
Sie ermitteln Anforderungen an die Prozesse, bringen diese in einem weitreichenden Umfeld mit vielen Schnittstellen in Einklang, dokumentieren sie und setzen sie um
Sie führen die Fehlerbudgetierung von Montageprozessen und Messsystemen sowohl mittels Simulation als auch mit gezielten Experimenten und Prozessuntersuchungen durch
Sie dokumentieren Entwicklungsergebnisse, führen sie in die Serienfertigung ein und betreuen sie im Produktionsumfeld
Ihr Profil
Ein technisches Studium mit sehr gutem Abschluss, z.B. Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Physik o.ä., gerne auch eine Promotion
Erfahrungen in der Prozessentwicklung, System Engineering oder in der Entwicklung komplexer mechatronischer Systeme
Ein gutes Abstraktionsvermögen und sind es gewohnt, mit Komplexität umzugehen
Idealerweise Kenntnisse mit Experimenten und Simulation an mechanischen bzw. elektromechanischen Systemen
Gute Kenntnisse in MATLAB und Python
Den Willen, Verantwortung zu übernehmen, Struktur zu schaffen und ein interdisziplinäres Team zum gemeinsamen Erfolg zu führen
Pflegen eine ausgezeichnete Kommunikationskultur und haben Freude sowohl an eigenständiger Arbeit als auch am Teamwork
Die Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen, ein sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, CAD, SAP, Polarion und MATLAB sowie sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Ihr Profil ab
