Qualifications:
Required
5+yearsofWorkdayRecruiting Module experience.
Provensuccessoptimizingrecruitingprocesses,workflows,andbusinessprocesses.
StrongexpertiseinWorkdayreporting,dashboards,andanalytics.
Experiencedrivingautomation,processimprovements,andoperationalefficiencies.
Strongstakeholdermanagementandprojectexecutionskills.
Abilitytoidentifyrootcausesandimplementscalablesolutions.
Preferred
WorkdayRecruitingCertification.
Experiencesupportingglobalrecruitingorganizations.
ExperiencewithGEM,LinkedInRecruiter,orotherrecruitingtechnologies.
FamiliaritywithAI,automation,andTalentAcquisitionbestpractices.
Technologyorsemiconductorindustryexperience.
