Ensure Compliance and System Governance: Analyze country-specific regulatory criteria, licensing requirements, and statutory obligations across target regions to design fully compliant workflow triggers and robust process documentation.
What You'll Bring
The ideal candidate will have:
Proven experience as a Business Analyst within a large, tech-driven global organization, with a strong background in stakeholder management across multi-country teams.
Strong knowledge of Workday Recruiting, including business processes and security groups, with a proven ability to translate complex hiring practices into technical requirements.
Proven ability in designing end-to-end talent acquisition processes, mapping system workflows, and authoring comprehensive Business Requirement Documents and Functional Specifications.
Deep understanding of regional hiring practices and regulatory frameworks within the Middle East, North Africa, and Turkey (MENAT) region.
